We know we should build in less screen time in our lives but how do we get off our screens when everything we need to do and not do is on our screens?

How many people are anxious, stressed unhappy, insecure, missing out on life outside their phone in favour for the f-life (fakelife) inside their phone. .We were not meant to live like this. We have to wake up and challenge the force that keeps us locked to our screens. But not the giant force of the Tech companies.  We need to challenge ourselves.

How to make change happen

Along with challenging the BigTech companies and their algorithms.  We should seize the opportunity to challenge ourselves and each other.

Empowering us all  to make Smart User Choices.  Not  the willpower or restriction approach , but the freedom of choice approach.   It starts with awareness of our  choices and with the young generations.  Instead of making them think they are missing out by having restricted screen time and sites , we want to help them realize instead of copying 'the adults'  they can be the new way in Tech - with how they turn  the tech  back to serving them for their benefit, not  the benefit of the tech giants.

Be Smart.  You can show the world what is not to be done.   You are the new global tech-outsmart generation
